Opening the heart towards others
is at our inner core of humanness.
It is like breath, or could be.
Sustenance for joy, peace and happiness
allows connection for our purpose in life.
When given freely, love sustains.
Asking nothing in return
not a single need or want bears form.
In selflessness, our hearts open.
Wide, wider, soft, softer, melting in grace
selfless giving of our heartfeltness.
Flooding back, filling, sensing peace.
Stilling us.
